It also comes with Android installed, features a 13 Megapixel Exmor RS sensor capable of shooting 1080p video clips. The Japan designed handset packs a 5 inches LED screen aided with anti-shatter film for extra durability. The phone is said to be built around glass both in the front and back.

Sony guarantees the phone to be Water resistant up to 1 meter for a maximum of 30 minutes submerging time, to be resistant to water jets, and dust resistant.
